✅ Photocopy of Transcript of Records
✅ Photocopy of Updated Service Record or Certificate of Employment
✅ Photocopy of Certificate of Training/Seminars Attended
✅ Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License ID
✅ Performance rating in the last two rating periods
✅ Other documents relevant to the position applied for
