Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) on Monday, 25 July, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Civil Service Commission – Regional Office V (CSC ROV) designating the institution as an official testing venue for the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in the province of Camarines Sur.
In this partnership, CSPC will be assisting CSC ROV in the conduct of the said examination through the provision of examination rooms and other required facilities, assignment of key personnel, and the identification of human resources such as examiners and helpers, among many others.
CSPC was represented by President Charlito P. Cadag and Vice-President Nancy S. Penetrante. They were joined by Vice-President Amado A. Oliva, Jr., Director Seth B. Barandon of the Assessment Center for Continuing Enrichment for Students, and Director Juvy M. Bustamante of the Human Resources Management and Development Office.
Regional Director Daisy P. Bragais and Asst. Regional Director Rosalinni V. Moneda signed the MOA on behalf of CSC RO5. Also present were Mr. Christian C. Antiquiera, Human Resource Specialist (HRS) of the Regional Office, and Camarines Sur Field Office’s Director Maria Dolores D. Salud and Acting Supervising HRS Noreen Grace P. Hayag.
