To celebrate the 2022 National Arts Month the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Center for Rinconada Culture and the Arts sponsored a Short Film Festival via social media. Videos from the Short Film Category of the Sining Biswal Art Competition, the entries of which were exclusively from CSPC students, were posted to the CRCA Official Facebook Page for views and reactions to search for the People’s Choice Award.
A total of 50 entries were posted from February 21 to 25, 2022 which garnered thousands of total views. The social media poll gave the People’s Choice Award to the all-female film production cast and crew of “Muraw-muraw” directed by Trixia Kate Morata with Cleofe Salando, Christine Nanale, Brenda Ampongan, Ma. Kyryll Bebis, and Julienne Anne Therese Coralde. Awarding of the winners was held on February 28, 2022 at 6:00pm.
