CSPC holds workshop series on Flexible Learning Delivery Project

The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) through its partnership with the Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) conducted a series of trainings and workshops on the Institutionalization of Flexible Learning Delivery, with preference to its own Learning
Online System (LeOnS) as the official Learning Management System (LMS). This is for the College
to adopt a blended learning response to the COVID-19 “new normal” challenge which also includes
the digitization of the College’s Campus Radio TV Station.

According to a monitoring report submitted by the College’s HEI and Project Team, four out of five modules of the project have already been 100% accomplished which includes the CSPC LeOns Training Workshop, Instructional Material Development Training Workshop, Flexible Learning Alternative Tools (FLAT) Training, and the on-air dissemination of modules 1,2 and 4. Still in progress is the digitalization of CSPC Campus Radio which is part of Module 3.

The project is budgeted to the amount of P5,950,000.00 which was used for providing access to flexible online classes via LeOnS, enhancing the faculty’s knowledge and competence in using said LMS, training in the development of instructional materials, providing alternatives for face to face instruction, and reproduction of flexible learning materials, among others.

Approximately nine months into the project, CSPC has already achieved milestones which included the adoption of LeOnS as the official LMS of the College, and institutionalization of blended learning as response to the COVID-19 restrictions. The amount of the budget utilized up until December 2021 was P3,220,215.50 with the project scheduled to end on March 29, 2022.
