The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) through the Institutional Planning and Development Office (IPDO) and Budget Office concluded the 2022 In- House Operational Planning and Budgeting Workshop on October 20-21, 2021 via Zoom.
Dr. Charlito P. Cadag, SUC President III kickstarted the event with his Inspirational Message. In his speech he stated that “ …as CSPC launches this wide-ranging effort to envision our goal for the 2022 Operational Planning and Budgeting Workshop, propelled by its mantra “Pivoting towards Excellence and Transformation in Polytechnic Education”, and in spite of the obstruction brought by the CoViD-19 pandemic, we will remain steadfast in our commitment to bring our institution to its pinnacle and soon be regarded as a full-fledged University. Our action points can be fulfilled through established consideration of what we desire to achieve for 2022.
He also added, “The budget is the primary instrument which gives life to the aspirations of our institution. It is one of the major mechanisms through which the College can effect improvements in the quality of our education and services.”
He further reiterated that the undertaking will be instrumental in moving CSPC to a higher level of excellence in service to its clients and stakeholders.
Meanwhile, Vice- Presidents and Directors of different clusters and offices presented the consolidated and comprehensive projects, programs and activities for milestone 2022.
