Atty. Diokno graces CSPC Values Formation Forum

Atty. Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno, the founding dean of the De La Salle University College of Law, served as the keynote speaker of the October 21 Values Formation Forum steered by the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) Guidance Center under the leadership of its coordinator, Ms. Ma. Kiara Sapinoso.


With the theme “CSPC CARES: Quality Education for all during COVID-19 Crisis,” the forum was conducted online via Zoom which was participated by 500 CSPC students and employees. The Facebook Live streaming of the event gathered almost 1,000 viewers.


The program provided relevant activities that will develop the personality and improve behavior and attitude, making them more aware of the essential values. This also served as a proper forum to express and ask the speakers on relevant local and national issues concerning the different sectors of the society as well as impart their insights on different topics discussed and interact with one another.


Other discussants were Mr. John Robert B. Recepcion for the topic “Character”, Ms. Josefina Hermogeno-Llagas for “Altruism”, Engr. John Rey M. Pacturanan for “Excellence”, and Dr. Norel Peter M. Illo for the subject “Stewardship.”
