Called PSUB SUCCESS or the “Sustainable Undertakings on Championing the Community through Effective Study- Based Services,” the extension program will be upheld by the forged partnership and will focus on five components: Trainings, Communication Information, Community Outreach, Technical Assistance, and Technology Transfer and Utilization.

It also aims to integrate the college programs under the umbrella framework through coordinated projects, activities, and partnerships to bring about sustainable change that goes beyond meeting an immediate need of the community.

The agreement was signed by President Charlito P. Cadag of CSPC and Mayor Margie Aguinillo of Buhi, Camarines Sur and was witnessed by ESO Director Charles V. Bolival and Municipal Administrator Bethoven Joy E. Nachor.

Also present in the ceremony were officials of CSPC namely Dr. Teresita B. Salazar, Vice President for Research, Extension, Production, and Entrepreneurial Development; Mr. Juvy Bustamante, Human Resource Development Director; and College Extension Coordinators: Ms. Daisylen D. Alano of the College of Education, Arts and Sciences, Ms. Allysa D. Lagatic of the College of Business Management, Ms. Naneth O. Oida of the College of Health Sciences, and Engr.
