HRDO invigorates CSPC employees through in-house seminar

Teaching and non-teaching employees of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges took part in this this year’s one-day In-House Human Resource Development Seminar on February 23, 2021 via Zoom.

Titled “Balancing Life and Work Through Stress Management,” the virtual event aimed to find creative solutions to CSPC personnel’s struggles, build a high performing work culture, increase morale-based happiness, and prepare the employees in delivering quality polytechnic education.

Dr. Dulce F. Atian, former College President, shared her insights on “Life and Work Balance” while Mr. Ramon Arabe, Jr., Guidance Counselor, delivered learnings on “Stress Management: A Self Care.”

The seminar was made possible through the efforts of the Human Resource Development Office headed by Director Juvy B. Bustamante.
