Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges has once again proved its title of being the home of board topnotchers as John Rey M. Pacturanan, a BS in Civil Engineering alumnus of CSPC, ranked third in the November 2018 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination with a 95.45% rating.
Pacturanan, along with the 94 Civil Engineering graduates of CSPC, took the board exam last November 10-11, 2018, which was administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). CSPC gained an overall school performance of 58.95% above the national passing rate of 45.00%.
