CSPC SETS TO FRAME A 10 YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Dr. Dulce F. Atian, who has until May 2, 2019, to serve as the 4th College President, would like to help the College craft its direction for the upcoming 10 years as the College sets its goal towards university status and internationalization. She said that the 10-year Development Plan will be the framework from which the actions of the college will be anchored on, but will still be open to additional inputs depending upon the call of the time and the needs of the college in the upcoming years.

Hence, with the advice of Dr. Ruperto S. Sangalang, former Chairman of the CSPC Board of Trustees, to seek special consultancy services to help the College in drafting its plan, CSPC sought the help and services of Aptissimi Development Inc. As its able Consultant.

A focused group discussion was conducted last September 4 and 5, 2017 at the College Boardroom and NEDA Regional Office V with 5 different groups of respondents: Alumni, Parents, Extension Partners and Linkages, Employers Group and Members of the Board of Trustees. Each group has been represented by 6-8 participants from different sectors.

Simultaneously, surveys are sent to students, faculty, staff, college officials, and Management Committee to gather their responses on varied concerns affecting the College. This will be presented on the next session on September 29 to be attended by the College officials, faculty, and staff. Three more sessions will follow until the completion of the plan.
