CSPC inks MOA with WED, Inc., Conducts English Language and Specialized Training Program for BTTE studes

Following the Memorandum of Agreement signing of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) with the WorldWideLink Educational Development, Inc. (WED), the College spearheaded a three-day English Language and Specialized Training Program for 4th Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education students held on September 4-6, 2017 at CSPC Main Campus.

The three-day affair commenced with an Opening Program led by Mr. Marlon S. Pontillas, the Chairperson of the program. Day one emphasized the significance of English language in the teaching profession. Students were individually assessed through proper pronunciation, enunciation, diction and the likes which include psychomotor activities.

Subsequently, on the second day, the BTTE students listened to the trainers of the aforementioned program viz.: Dr. Joy Clarita Villapando, Prof. Osnel Melodillar, and Ms. Fatima Quiambao. The trainers brought forth their knowledge, enhancing students’ prowess to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Day three covered an extemporaneous speaking practice preparatory to afternoon session’s mock job interview which aimed to scrutinize the potentials of students to engage in real-world assessment. WED trainers selected 14 students who stood out among roughly a hundred 4th year Education students. Myrna Grace G. Nogot topped the interview while the remaining 13 were picked by a unanimous decision: Marilou Z. Azucena, Rosemary D. Babay, Julie M. Barbero, Shellie Dianne P. Belleza, Ben Darnel S. Campo, Imelda A. Favor, Diana L. Hugo, Kim John I. Lagdaan, Myrna Grace G. Nogot, Shiela Marie S. Ocampo, David Alan G. Orante, Mark Anthony R. Palmes, Divine Grace D. Plotado, and Cristian L. Villamer.
