As stipulated in the 1987 Philippine Constitution Article II, Section 8 which guaranteed the right of government employees to self-organization and collective negotiation in order to provide just, humane, reasonable and equitable working condition. Also ensure maximum productivity, employee’s discipline, health and safety, and the best interest of service as means of furtherance of Labor. Thus, the Association of Non-Teaching Personnel of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (ANTEP) and CSPC- Faculty Association, Inc. (CSPC-FAI) was awarded Certificate of Registration Collective Negotiation Agreement No. 1044 with effectivity date from November 8, 2015 to November 8, 2018.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Regional Office V conferred to Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, for the second time, the Saringaya Award for an Academe in the 16th Saringaya Awards and 26th Eagle Quiz Champions on June 27, 2016 at Casablanca Convention Center, Legazpi City.
#TeamCSPC won during the Philippine National Skills Competition held last June 20-24, 2016 at Marikina Hotel, Marikina City. Two (2) of the three CSPC teams with Danjho A. Orbita (Competitor) and Mr. Rey T. Cortez (Coach) in the IT Network Cabling, and Carlo C. Saldivar (Competitor) and Engr. Eddie L. Cabaltera (Coach) in the Electrical Installation trade area were declared Gold Medalists and will represent the country in the ASEAN Skills Competition 2016. While the team in IT Network Systems Administration trade area with Rudy I. Pandes Jr (Competitor) and Mr. Ian P. Benitez (Coach) got 4th Place in the competition.
