From January 7-8, 2020, the Human Resource Development Office, headed by Dir. Charles Bolival, conducted an activity titled “In-House Human Resource Development Program” to promote better working conditions, enhanced staff development, and higher productivity in the College.
The two-day event was packed with topics discussed by several professionals, namely: Mr. Juvy Bustamante from Naga College Foundation, who talked about “Work Ethics,” Dr. Estelito R. Clemente from Ateneo de Naga University, who discussed “Empowering and Engaging People,” Dr. Dariel A. Palmiano from CBSUA-Calabanga Campus, whose talk focused on “Enhancing Organizational and Individual Performance,” and Prof. Estrella Arroyo from the University of Saint Anthony, who shared her expertise on “Communicating Effectively.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Leni Malabanan, CSPC’s Gender and Development Office Director, enlightened the audience on “GAD Issues and Concerns,” Dir. Genna B. Serrano from the CSPC Internal Audit Services Office presented the “Accounting and Auditing Rules,” and Dir. Ma. Dolores D. Salud from the Civil Service Commission-Camarines Sur Field Office tackled the “Employee Discipline and Salient Features of the Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service.”
