Dr. Jose Ariel Ibarrientos, Director of Student Development Services, took part in the National Public Orientation on Policies and Guidelines on Local Off-Campus Activities and Joint Memorandum Circular for Safety in the Conduct of all Local Off-Campus Activities of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) on July 26, 2017 at CHED Auditorium, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City.
Engr. Ronaldo A. Liveta, OIC of the Office of the Director IV of OSDS- CHED led the orientation which was participated by all CHED Regional Directors and OICs, representatives from public and private HEIs, government and non-government agencies, and other stakeholders.
The event was in accordance with the pertinent provisions of R.A. No. 7722, or the “Higher Education Act of 1994” and as approved by the 37493rd Joint Management Committee and the Commission en Banc meeting on July 4, 2017.
